This guide shows you how to add TradingView strategies through our Discord server

Before you start: You'll need both a Discord account and a TradingView account.

📈 How to Add DaviddTech Strategies to TradingView via Discord

🚀 Process Overview (TL;DR)

1. Join the DaviddTech Discord server and connect your Discord account

2. Select a strategy from the list on #add-strategies-to-tradingview

3. Click the Add This Strategy button

4. Enter your TradingView username

5. Confirm the addition by clicking Submit

✅ 1. Join the DaviddTech Discord Server

Sign up (or log in) for a Discord account via the app or website.

Connect your Discord account to DaviddTech by following these instructions.

🎯 2. Select a Strategy

Once in the DaviddTech server, do the following:

Click on the #add-strategies-to-tradingview channel

Click on the #add-strategies-to-tradingview channel

You will be presented with a long list of strategies in this thread.

Select the strategy that interests you by clicking on the strategy's listing.

🧠 3. Evaluate the Strategy & Add to TradingView

Upon selecting a strategy, a side panel will open with several details about the strategy. Go over them to determine whether the strategy fits your needs.

To add the strategy to TradingView, scroll to the bottom where you will see Fibonacci—a Discord bot that helps you add strategies to TradingView.

Click the Add This Strategy button that Fibonacci presents.

A popup window will appear asking for your TradingView username. Enter your active TradingView username.

Finally, click Submit.

You should see a message from Fibonacci that the strategy will be added to your TradingView account.

📊 4. Access the Strategy in TradingView

After submission, log in to TradingView if you haven't already.

Open a chart and click on Indicators in the top menu (or press ‘/’ on your keyboard).

Find the strategy

Scroll down to click the Invite-Only Scripts section, where your newly added strategy should appear.

Click on the strategy to apply it to your active chart.

You must have a chart open for the strategy to take effect.

A green lock icon on an invite-only strategy indicates that you've been granted access to it!

Click on the star icon before our strategies to add them to your favorites for easy access.

If you don’t see the strategy or it has a red lock, refresh TradingView and check again.

🔍 Troubleshooting

Strategy doesn't appear in my TradingView

Wait 5-10 minutes for the integration to complete. If the strategy still doesn't appear, try refreshing your TradingView page or restarting the app.

Error message when entering username

Double-check that you're entering your exact TradingView username. It's case-sensitive and should match what you see when logged into TradingView.

Discord bot not responding

If Fibonacci bot doesn't respond, try again in a few minutes. Discord bots occasionally need to reconnect to servers.

Can't find Invite-only Scripts/Seeing Red lock icon

If you encounter any problems, such as not finding the "Invite-only Scripts" folder or seeing red locks on the strategies, a simple refresh of your browser or app may resolve the issue.
