How to create a Blofin API Key

First log in to your Blofin account.

Once logged in, on your homepage, click your Profile Icon and click API in the dropdown menu to open the API Management page.

Open your Blofin API management page

On the API Management page, click Create API Key.

Fill out the API Key Creation Form

Select the Connect to Third-party Applications option under API Key Usage.

In the Application Name dropdown, select DaviddTech.

Name your API Key and click the Trade checkbox to grant trading permission.

Trade is the only permission you need to grant.

Be careful with permissions like Withdraw as it enables withdrawals from your account.

Enter a Passphrase for your API Key and keep it somewhere safe.

Whitelist IP Address (Optional)

For advanced users who prefer to have their API key usage restricted to only whitelisted IP addresses,

Input DaviddTech's IP Address(es) into the IP (Optional) text field.

Click the Next button and complete the security verification process if prompted.

Your API Key and API Secret will then be revealed—copy them somewhere safe.
